DHIFFUSHI GUESTHOUSE

The design for this was chosen by considering the surrounding natural beauty as well as the clients love for Moroccan themed spaces. There are options for warm and cool toned spaces and the client went with the greener option but with neutral wall colours so that it would be subtle with a pop of colour and not to overwhelm the guests.

HITHADHOO HOUSE

The plan was to make a house for relaxing on holiday with muted colours for the desired effect. The client wished to have a more simple and minimalistic view for their home in Hithadhoo.

It was a simple layout for a two-bedroom house with importance given to the bedroom area and less space allocated for the kitchen/dining area.

STELCO AUDITORIUM

The auditorium is a completely open area and the company wanted dome sort of privacy so that the company could have small meetings without leaving the room or disturbing the activities. So, we created partitions using sliding doors. They can be fixed into floor/ceiling slab and can be rotated to fit into the curved shape of the floor plan and creates a small space for meetings

BCC RETAIL OUTLET

Authentic Maldives is a brand that sells souvenirs to tourists and locals which has a shop at the Airport. The company proposed a new design for a branch opening in Hulhumale Centro Mall

WORK DONE :

  • Create a good floor plan and spatial design for a tiny space
  • Create furniture designs for storage
  • Create realistic renders for conceptual design
  • Made wall/floor finish plans
  • Put details for dropped ceiling and the structural aspects of it
  • -Putting sockets/switches closer to the counter as well for usage

FISHING DREAM NO.8

Fishing Dream No 8 was created to understand what the fishing community desires and tackle issues that they are facing with a creative approach. This project was created as a self-sustaining mechanism so that the local fishing community can benefit from this system and be heavily involved in it to create a better community. The No 8 represents the full circle of life and sustainability in this way.

Bespoke Design Reel Wheel:

The main bespoke structure is the folding ceiling for the process of drying fish. When the fisherman turns the wheel, it allows open and closing of the ceiling in a foldable motion. This helps in order to get maximum amount of sunlight by just a simple motion and helps lessen the workload for older folks.
